Registration Quantity: Make sure that you purchase delegate registration for every delegate you bring.(e.g. if you are bringing 10 delegates, then purchase 10 units of registration)

Faculty Advisor: You must also purchase a separate faculty advisor registration at the same time as your delegate registration. The quantity purchased must be equivalent to the number of faculty advisors.

Forms: Please ensure that you complete the registration form when purchasing the item (should pop up when you click add to cart). Ensure that the number of delegates and faculty advisors indicated matches the amount paid. We will not be able to contact you with further information if this is not done.

Early Bird Registration Deadline:

Regular Registration Deadline:
September 30th

Once you register, we will send you further information regarding committees, visas, and background guides.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds on ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders. If you have an emergency and cannot attend, please email ASAP. We do not offer refunds for failed visa applications.

Fee Coverage: The registration fee does not include accomodation or socials.

Age Policy: OxIMUN 2024 is a strictly over-18 conference. This means that everyone in attendance must be at least 18 years old by November 1st 2024. This will be re-confirmed at checkout. We may also request proof at a later date when we collect delegate information. Anyone found to be in violation of this policy is not eligible for a refund.
